Wow, it’s finally October!!! Have a fantastic and happy month, everyone!!!

If your heart is troubled, I hope for tranquility in your life.
If your struggles are hard to bear, I pray for patience.
And if you’re in the middle of it all — please, don’t lose your way.
There is always light at the end of the tunnel.

This quote is from my book Kodama, which I wrote in 2018. This was a turbulent time in my life, and I wanted to write about it. It’s funny because, looking back, I could just open the book to any page, and it relates to what’s going on in the world now or what’s happened in the past.

I have seen that light many times. It is the same light my father followed when all hope seemed gone — the same spark that guided him to create something that would help others heal, grow, and rediscover faith in themselves and in life. That light is within you, too.

Each day, whether you begin with a quiet cup of Jason Winters Tea or a moment of silent reflection, you honor that sacred choice to keep moving forward. You remind the universe that you are not finished — you are becoming.

So as October unfolds, let your heart rest in gratitude. Let your spirit be kind to itself. And no matter what storm may rise, remember: peace, patience, and purpose are never far — they live inside you.
