So this summer, keep working out, try something new….

go outside, ride a bike, hike. swim, surf… . Do the things that require movement.

It is your obligation to remain healthy –  help your body, mind and spirit.

I like Kick Boxing,  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Yoga, Pilates, SURFING,

There are so many sports to get into. Studies show that the simple act of getting out of the house can add years to your life.
