Hello everyone and happy holidays. I hope everyone is having a wonderful stress free time.

I wanted to talk today a little bit of a value – and when I say value, I mean the value of your life, your impact on other people, and how you think the world perceives you.

When you get up in the morning, look in the mirror and say or think to yourself, I am special and my life has meaning. I am important and I am loved.

It’s so hard these days to take the time necessary to look after yourself.

However, this is very important for your well-being. Most people seem to look after everyone else in their life and themselves last.

We seem to look to others to make us happy, when in reality, the only person who can make yourself truly happy is… you…

You are responsible for your own happiness and your own health. It’s up to you and your obligation to stay healthy and stay positive.

I know the holidays are stressful – but they’re also the best time of year!
